If you are running Windows NT, Windows 98, or Windows 95, and have not installed Office 2000, You must first load MS Windows Installer:

For Windows NT (with at least SP3 installed)- Download Windows Installer.

Follow the on screen instructions and accept the default settings.

Click RIPTIDE OverView
Enter Network Access username and password
Click OK
Run this program from its current location?
Click OK.
Follow onscreen instructions.
